![]() Ingredients: - 2 kg field snails - salt - black pepper - olive oil RECIPE: Leave the snails in a wooden case for about ten days in order to clean them from grass and slime. Before broiling make sure you have wiped them with a paper tissue. After that, put them on the grill or the cooker board, sprinkle with salt and broil for about 20 minutes. They are finished when they stop foaming and when the meat is separated from the shell. You may take out the meat with a fork and immediately eat it with warm bread or slice to pieces, put in a bowl and season with pepper and olive oil. Serve with cooked green vegetables or seakale beet. |
